Being accountable for keeping and utilizing personal information of potential and current employees makes Human Resources one of the most vulnerable organizational functions with regards to data security.


Although the Data Privacy Act applies to all organizations regardless of the size and the industry, data privacy in HR is vital to preventing and mitigating various operational risks.


HR leads and practitioners who face data privacy vulnerabilities, including DPOs who wish to further their understanding of the Data Privacy Act specific to Human Resources operations, are encouraged to attend the symposium.
